Point Reyes National Park - Kolkheti National Park

Point Reyes National Park, which is a sister park of Kolkheti National Park, is located in the US State of California, 50 km away from San-Francisco. It was created in 1962 and includes territories up to 29 ha, nearly half of it is wild nature, and 129 km is pristine coastline. With rich biodiversity and cultural history, Point Reyes represents a habitat for numerous species, depository of 3,000 years of cultural history and a shelter for human spiritual rehabilitation.  

According to the existing data of inventory, 80 species of mammals, 85 species of fish, 29 species of reptiles and amphibians and thousands of water and terrestrial invertebrate species are spread here. Point Reyes also record nearly half of the species of North American Ornithofauna - 490.
