Rocky Mountain National Park which is a sister park of Tusheti National Park is located in the US State of Colorado.
River Colorado and other rivers take source from Rocky Mountain National Park. There are more than 60 mountains of 3,650 meters high and a dozen of beautiful alpine lakes in the National Park. The Rocky Mountain National Park, with elevations from 2,350 through 4,270 meters, it is one of the highest national parks in the US. More than one-third of the Park is above treeline (3 414-3 505 m), and tundra is a primary protected resource of the park. Forests range from relatively moist subalpine spruce and fir through open ponderosa and aspen stands. Great meadows lie adjacent to moraines on board valley floors. Some valleys, like that of the Fall River, are classic glacial shapes.
As for the biodiversity, according to existing data, Rocky Mountain National Parks is a home to more than 1000 species of flowery plants, 61 species of mammals, 280 species of birds, 7 species of fish, 5 species of amphibians and 1 species of reptiles.
