Agency of Protected Areas, together with  Martvili Municipality and group Martvili togather with TJS’ financial support, held a competition on the topic Drawing Up Social Project between rural communities of village Gachedili.  

Winners of the competition presented easily implementing and practical usable projects: Open Pavilion (village Inchkhuri), Public W.C. (village Balda and Garden Accomplishment (village Gachedili). 7 000 GEL transferred to first place winner, 6 000 GEl to second place and 4 000 GEL to third place.   

Project aims facilitation of Martvili and Okatse Canyon Natural Monument villages’ social-economic development, that carries out basin participation principles and population’s involvement.  Budget of the project is 15 000 Euro. In the frame of the project, one more pilot competition Revenue Generating Ideas will be held.
