By the initiative of Kolkheti National Park, fly fishing competition had been held at river Churia territory, where 58 participants involved in it. The winner of the competition Giorgi Tordia caught 9.5 kg fish. The eldest participant – 67 years old, the youngest – 12 years old and the one who caught the biggest fish (900 gr) were awarded too. According to the conditions of competition, caught fish had been returned to the pond, after weighting them.
