Chairman of the Agency of Protected Areas Lasha Moistsrapishvili inspected implemented works together with participants of the UNPD’s workshop program Ecosystem based Adaptation toward Climate Changes.

The constructions had been implemented in the frame of the project Pasture Sustainable Management for Locals in Georgia, in order to Mitigate Climate Changes.   

By the support of European Union, two pilot farms had been arranged on the territory of national park. At the transfer area, in order to reduce sheep’s disordery movements, water supply system and two watering system had been arranged.  Two automatic weather station had been installed too, in order to get long-term climate data.
