Baldi Canyon Natural Monument

Sightseen: Natural Monument is located at Southern part of river Abasha’s massive, at limestone rocks. The length of canyon is – 1400 meters, width – 5-10 meters, and depth – 25-30 meters.

Location:  Martvili municipality, village second Balda, Abasha valley, nearby Baldi Monastery, 295 above sea level.

Access Road: Nearest big settlement near natural monument is Martivli, which is far from Tbilisi with 280 km. Duration – 4 hours. Distance from Martvili to Baldi canyon – 11,4 Km. Duration – 20 minutes.

Guesthouses:  The most optimal option for overnight is staying at Martvili, where visitors have an opportunity to stay at hotels.
